JCP RC Raceway Electric Points Series – Round 3

Tyler Jones Doubles Down and Sweeps the Mod Buggy Classes with JConcepts.

JConcepts Team Driver, Tyler Jones attended the third round of the JCP RC Raceway Electric Points Series this past weekend. With nearly 110 entries and 2wd Mod Buggy being almost half the entries, Tyler would double down and sweep the mod buggy classes.

In qualifying, Tyler would take what he learned from the CRCRC Midwest Winter Championships he attended a week ago and TQ’d both 2wd and 4wd Mod Buggy Classes.

Mains came around and Tyler would gap the field in 2wd Mod Buggy and later make a bobble allowing second place to gain a little bit but would hold off the challenge for the win. In 4wd Mod Buggy, Tyler checked out and never looked back, he would turn the fastest lap of the entire day as well.

Tyler’s TLR 22 2.0 and 22-4 were super fast all day on JConcepts Gold Dirt Webs which happen to be the same sets of tires he ran all week at CRCRC.
