1988 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab MT Body

1988 was a great time to be a Chevy fan with the release of the new “Heartbeat of America” fleetside pick-up truck. Trucks were starting to become one of the most popular automobiles on the road and Chevy was in the thick of it with a brand-new release. Simultaneously, the war in the Monster Truck world revolved around a heated rivalry featuring the two best names in the business for the first ever points championship. If you were a fan in this era, the 1988 body style provided new hope and optimism.

JConcepts is on top of the best monster truck body styles in the business with the release of the 1988 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab. The 1988 styling is very clean, updated, refined and didn’t display the boxy looks from the early 80’s. The fleetside, extended cab design is spot-on featuring slight curvature to the main shape, new headlights, grille treatment and form-fitting wheel wells. The slight flare to the tire openings give just a little wrinkle to the bed-sides and front fenders to accommodate different sized tires for maximum versatility.

Suspension Conversion For The Slash 4×4 | Stampede 4×4

JConcepts now offers a suspension conversion set for the popular Slash 4×4 and Stampede 4×4. The upgrade includes carbon fiber front and rear shock tower, aluminum shock stand-offs, body mount adaptors and aluminum caster blocks. Using this combination of parts along with other parts (not included) help build the ultimate monster truck from two of either of the most popular Traxxas vehicles on the market.

The 4mm long-stroke front shock tower has been designed to use a longer Traxxas shock (not included) for better shock geometry in rugged conditions. The carbon material improves the response of the suspension and provides a stable setting for the included aluminum body mount adaptor. The rear tower, also in 4mm material, utilizes the stock geometry but with the addition of carbon fiber and precise machining, tightens up the feel of the rear suspension. The included aluminum shock stand-offs position the shocks at an advantageous angle and allow the shocks to work as designed.

1951 Ford Panel Truck MT Body

One of the most feared vehicles in Monster Truck racing during the late 1980’s is now known as “Grandma.” The 1951 Ford Panel truck was mean, a little green and always known for the most amazing single qualifying passes in the history of Monster Truck racing. JConcepts went to work creating the 1951 truck by once again starting from scratch to redefine a generation design from the “golden years.”

The hood of the truck makes its point with a swooping radius and raised badging. The front fenders boast a large set-back to the hood which makes that undeniable stand as a 50’s panel truck. The stand-up cab screams retro while the side windows are small but large enough for a scale driver to take a look outside. The body line along the side separates the sides to break-up the height between the fenders and top of the dome. The rear fender flare kicks-out in a vicious way to protect chassis components while giving the rear of the vehicle an almost car-like flare.

Aluminum Planetary Cap For Tribute Wheels

Add some luster to the Tribute wheels with the machined aluminum and black anodized planetary caps. The JConcepts wheels include plastic caps in the #3377 package which are always the same color of the wheels. The aluminum options are now available with the same details but sport the most popular color and finish for the true R/C Monster Truck fanatic.

The caps feature a stepped design with detail on each level to match even the most scale and realistic parts available. The 6 hole bolt pattern fits like a glove between the geometry and the cap fastens to the wheels using the stock hardware from the Tribute wheels package. Scale down with aluminum planetary caps with JConcepts.

12mm Aluminum Hex Adaptor in 25mm Offset

The Tribute wheels have been a hit on and off the track for R/C monster truck racers. One of the key features of the wheels involves having replaceable adaptors which can alter the vehicle width. For the high-power crowd, JConcepts is proud to offer the 25mm offset adaptors as a machined aluminum option. With the aluminum adaptors, racers can now power up and race worry free with the widest track width available by JConcepts.

The precision machined hexes are light-weight, feature black anodizing with laser engraved offset markings. The hex adaptors bolt-up just as the production units, utilizing the stock hardware in a beefy 6 lug pattern. Go fast, be durable and look the part with JConcepts.

  1. It would be nice if your banner was much smaller so we could see all of the product!
Your overhead banner takes up half of the page!
