1995 For F-150 RC10T2 Truck Body
In February of 1995 a new stadium truck debuted during the Winter Championships at Lake Park in Lutz, FL. Rick Hohwart took the TQ with a brand-new RC10T2 stadium truck and the finishing podium also featured JConcepts’ own Jason Ruona in the 2nd place position. Brian Kinwald was crushing it, winning the ROAR Truck National Championship during that year and Matt Francis was debuting a Team Associated RC10B2 to the world at the IFMAR Worlds at Yatabe Arena in Tsukuba, Japan. In the movie theater, it was Toy Story breaking all the records while Gangsters Paradise was the hottest song on the billboard charts.

JConcepts is here to support the stadium truck class with a Finnisher body which drop fits on to the Team Associated T6.1 and YZ2-T racing truck. The #0388 body incorporates pre-dimpled locations for the hottest new trucks on the circuit. The slight cab forward, raked windshield and aggressive stance highlight a performance oriented core. A revised front hood scoop allows plenty of clearance for unique geometry while smoothing out the front downforce area. Front chin spoiler, headlight, and grill protect the front-end from unwanted up-drafts during flight while the supplied decals stand-out like an 18-wheeler.

The Ellipse, named after the center bar built into the tread, is a compliment to successful tires such as the Dirt Webs and Space Bars. The “Web” style tire was built to compete on smooth high-grip indoor and outdoor surfaces which require a finely detailed connected bar pattern. The center section of the tire is a home run utilizing a diamond “home plate” footprint to provide massive forward bite and increased longevity. The web of extensions are unique and have a directional touch giving the racer the ultimate tune-ability.
A high-end item used for many years on the performance side of RC racing is the chassis protective sheet. For years, drivers have hand-cut and custom fit their chassis with a clear material protecting the new chassis look and also providing a smooth or slick surface to decrease friction between chassis and dirt surfaces. JConcepts has hit the easy and glamour button at the same time and is now offering a precut and graphically pleasing chassis protective sheet for one of most popular 1/10th off-road vehicles on the market.

The S15 blends performance features on the popular Silencer body with new features such as mid-body winglets and rear stabilizer kick-up. One accessory drivers never seem to have enough of in the pits are extra glue needles for the popular sized glue bottles. The RM2 needles are plastic tipped so the length can be trimmed for a fresh surface and clogging can be minimized. Typically, 1 needle will last several weekends or more, however, under certain conditions, they seem to get lost in the shuffle or cleaned incorrectly leaving the racer without at a key time. The thin bore tip is best used with very thin glue (#2043T) while the medium bore is best used on the medium viscosity (#2043M). Stock up on glue needles from RM2 so you never get caught in a pinch during a long race outing.
JConcepts’ line-up of available wing options would not be complete without a lower front wing for a variety of 4wd buggy vehicles. The lower front wing, or scoop, is an option to the 4wd vehicles that has shown to produce enhanced steering characteristics. The package includes two lower front wings on the same mold to give the user multiple parts in the same package.
Scale | Trail Truck “Drawstring” Tote Bag
Travel and organization are a large part of any competition. In many instances, Scale trucks are very dirty once they leave the trail grounds and it’s common for drivers to look for a cleaner way to move them from place to place. Alas, JConcepts has delivered on the tidy pit option. Important to the seasoned driver and relative newcomer, the drawstring bag has a handy base design with durable material. The bag is comprised of multiple compartments where the largest available space is specifically designed for a Scale RC vehicle.
1978 Chevy Camaro Street Stock Body and CF Towers
It’ll put butterflies in your stomach and a lump in your throat and a smile on your face. The 1978 Chevy Camaro by JConcepts is a great compliment to an emerging entry-level class on the dirt-oval racing scene. The new body shell features a fastback roofline with built-in rear spoiler, traditional V-nose, and grille with perched headlights. The rear is highlighted by large-format taillight and turn signal combination lamps. In addition, the large format side-windows and wrap-around rear window scream late 70’s styling cues.
RM2 Red O-Ring Grease and Treatment
Vehicle builds and rebuilds center quite frequently around the shock absorbers. The RM2 Red grease is part of delicate treatment process which helps seal the shock shaft to O-rings and prevents unwanted leakage while still smooth enough to maintain the plush action a race shock requires. Another added bonus of using a treatment in this area is additional protection against dirt, dust and built-up on the shock-shafts, this can lead to less damage on the shafts during heavy-usage.
Slash 4×4, Mesh, Breathable Chassis Cover
When racing on a loamy or topsoil track surface the inside of the Slash chassis can become loaded with dirt or debris which creates extra weight. With the JConcepts mesh chassis cover, these worries are minimized with the simple and functional part. Fitting nicely under the body; the JConcepts chassis cover hugs the outside dimension of the Slash chassis protecting the inside from unwanted excess dirt and debris build-up during racing and bash conditions.

JConcepts is Titanium with the introduction of the Fin turnbuckle sets designed specifically for style, durability and performance. The base of the design is centered around a .143” titanium hex size which gradually tapers down into a 3mm thread base design which accepts the standard AE ball-cup configuration. The focus of the styling surrounds the lengthened adjustment hex area and the “finned” cuts that rotate about the center.
World Championship level performance does not come easy, JConcepts developed the Blockers tire for the highest level of competition. During the IFMAR Worlds in Perth, Australia, JConcepts had a handy option ready for main event track conditions. The Blocker, a relative of the popular tires, Stalkers and Reflex, have an even tighter tread pattern for long main events or very abrasive conditions.
The initial F2 design quickly proved effective on the ground and in the air. Designed with aspects learned from
the original Finnisher bodies, the F2 provides an even more aggressive look with included details which remain
crucial to performance. The F2 body is a drop fit for the popular Team Associated B74.
With the evolution of race tracks, complicated circuits combining more aggressive jumps and extremely
high-speed corners, JConcepts incorporated many features which provide several benefits in the most critical
situations. Increased windshield angle provides a steady force upfront during mid-flight wind gusts on large
jumps. Forward cab placement changes performance/visible bias which helps steering rotation in low traction
corners.
1999 Ford F-150 Lightning Body
JConcepts surges with the release of the 1999 Ford SVT F-150 Lightning for Street Eliminator drag racing. The SVT F-150 Lightning body is built low and excels when converted to a JConcepts Street Eliminator concept. The high-speed shell features a very scale look, and with the addition of a rear spoiler, helps the F-150 speed in the correct direction. Exterior elements that distinguish the Lightning from the regular F-150 include new upper and lower front grilles with a horizontal design that is unique to the Lightning in the F-Series line.
The Sprinter tire is designed to bridge a gap between the popular Double Dees and other pin tire options, it is designed to have the ability to match front and rear pin tires from JConcepts. The Sprinter tire has square, angled pins that are stacked vertically to flex and fold evenly across the tire. Typically, a stacked tread will wear less and provide more forward bite while the aligned space helps rotation in the turns and gives a snappy release to square up quickly. Starting with the new tread, the team focused on durability and performance to bring a front and rear tire option to market that competes on loose surfaces which are wet or dusty.
The 60’s generation stands as a testament to the qualities that once made the American automobile industry the envy of the world. The 1966 Chevy C10 is a plain-Jane work truck, old enough to be vintage, however, not so antique that it’s a relic. The 1966 Chevy C10 incorporates all the elements that made vehicles beautiful during this era of engineering and design. When JConcepts was looking for a drag-racing truck to add to the line-up, the Chevy C10 stood out. From start to finish, the 1966 C10 is an honest truck that is comfortable with its essential truckness.
RM2 Bronze, Bearing Oil Lubricant
In the race lab, it is always important to have a quality oil on-hand. After considerable testing, the RM2 Bronze oil is the stand-out lubricant in the pits of the 2-time IFMAR World Champion. When it comes to a simple touch up to oil bearings, CVA’s or any surface that needs a little friction reduction, apply a liberal amount of the oil to coat the area for a fresh life. A simple bottle and packaging make for easy access and quick transport to and from the races.
There is a very blurred line between a Monster Truck and a Mega Truck, however, both pack in so much fun and energy, it’s a natural bond. In the 1980’s it was very common for early Monster Truckers to use dual-wheel tires to accomplish what one large Terror Tire could do. With a lot of garage-tech engineering and ingenuity, the dual wheel trucks could crush a car with the best of them while also running a mud pit in the blink of an eye.

S1 JQ TheCar Black Edition, TheE-Car Grey Edition Body
The Silencer body has a rich history in 1/8th off-road racing and impeccable track record for success. First developed for the 2012 IFMAR World Championships, the Silencer has been a mainstay in the JConcepts product line which is available for a number of different vehicles in the market. The JQ Racing buggy has enjoyed a successful run world-wide and JConcepts has now created the iconic Silencer as a drop-fit for the vehicle.
SC6.1 Wheelie Bar Kit And Shock Tower
JConcepts is on top of the Street Eliminator game by offering a wheelie bar kit for the Team Associated SC6.1. This item can be used on an SC6.1 as the intended SCT truck or how we have used it, converted to Street Eliminator vehicle. The wheelie bar kit contains carbon fiber rails, aluminum stand-offs, bearing holder and inner race support along with rubber sealed bearings and steel 3mm hardware.
