Well Saturday has finally arrived. This week actually flew by quickly. JConcepts and Ryan Maifield had a flawless first few qualifiers on Wednesday, then a rough Thursday, but Ryan put in a great run on Friday to complete qualifying in 4th which places him in the semi’s, exactly where you want to be. Hara and Tebo are also doing amazing and as always, the final top 10 drivers will be a tough crowd.
Some mains are run today, Saturday, but the track is quiet and less congested, as many drivers are taking advantage of the few extra hours off. The top mains will be run on Sunday, tomorrow, so some drivers are not at the track and some are peacefully wrenching on their cars.
There was a total track rebuild last night after qualifying was completed.
Ruts fixed, more dirt, concrete and of course more oil added back to the surface.
