JConcepts leads the way out in the desert.
Last weekend JConcepts driver Billy Fischer capped off his first season with JConcepts by taking the overall KBRL championship in both 2wd modified buggy and 2wd modified Short Course. This eight race series began and ended at the famous SRS Hobbies in Scottsdale Arizona. With many quality drivers in the Arizona area, Billy had to be ready for stiff competition at every race.
In 2wd Modified buggy, Billy used a combination of JConcepts Double Dee’s and Bar Codes to lay down the power of his Team Durango buggy. Consistency was the key to Billy taking the overall title in buggy. Billy was able to capture podium spots at all eight races, including wins at Paddocks and SRS Hobbies. Billy stated that he was “always confident that he would have a great tire no matter what the track conditions were like.” This confidence allowed Billy to focus on his driving and car set up.
In 2wd Short Course Billy would take home another KBRL series title. Winning four of the eight rounds, Billy had the dominant truck in the series. Billy ended the series with two wins at the finals at SRS Hobbies to secure the championship. Billy used a wide range of JConcepts tires to accommodate the wide variety of surfaces that the series raced on.
Congratulations to Billy Fischer on capturing the 2wd Buggy and Pro 2 series championships. For more information on the tires that Billy used on his vehicles, check out JConcepts.net
