JConcepts Team Driver Andy Castellini takes home 3 wins and a total of 5 podium spots at the 27th running of the Eastern States Challenge hosted by Family Hobbies Raceway in Vineland, NJ. It was a nice turn out with drivers from PA, NY, LI, MD, DE, NJ.
Andy took 1st Place in 1/8th Nitro Buggy running Blue 3d’s for the heats and Blue Stackers for the 20 Minute Main . In 1/8th E-Buggy Andy TQ’d and took 1st Place plus Andy beat the track record running Blue 3D’s for the heats and Blue Black Jackets for the Mains.
For the Mod ShortCourse Double A Mains, Andy again TQ’d and took the overall win running Hazard wheels, Blue RIPS in the front all day, Green 3D’s for the 1st heat, Blue 3D’s for the 2nd & 3rd and Green Bar Codes for the Mains.
In 1/10 2 Wheel Mod Buggy Andy finished 3rd overall (Double A Mains) running Rips up front then Bar Codes later in the day, for the rears, Andy ran Green Hybrids for the mains.
For the 1/10 4 Wheel Mod Buggy class, Andy ended up 2nd (Double A Mains) running Blue Bar Codes then Blue Double Dees and Hybrids for the Mains.
