We recently caught up with JConcepts Team Driver Chad Eubanks at the INS13 season opener at SDRC Raceway! Eubanks has his Team Associated B6.4d decked out in JConcepts bling. We’re taking you under the hood for an inside look!
On the outside, Eubanks chose to go with the F2 body painted up in his signature teal, white, and grey scheme. He paired it with the JConcepts 7” in. Astro | Carpet | Dirt Wing. If you look closely, you’ll notice the wing is mounted with the JConcepts Finnisher Wing buttons.
Moving along, the first thing you may notice is how everything is decorated with the new JConcepts Titanium Screws. Eubanks has everything secured perfectly in place utilizing these screws. Additionally, he has the JConcepts Aluminum servo brace locked into place for optimal security.
For electronics, Eubanks has an array of items, including the Hobbywing XR10 Pro ESC. Moving back through the vehicle, he has the Reedy 4800 SG5 battery and the Reedy 1705A servo. To complete the electronic package we have the Reedy Mach 8 4.0 motor! While we’re under the hood here it’s important to note the front fin Titanium Shock Stand-Offs (and rear), mounted nicely to the shock tower. Another JConcepts accessory Eubanks chose to use was the recessed ball stud washers, as seen below.
We’ve also included photos of the front and rear setup. One stand-out item is the JConcepts Fin Turnbuckles. This is also an opportunity to notice he’s running the Smoothie 2 tires on white JConcepts Mono wheels. He securely fastened those wheels using the JConcepts Fin Aluminum Wheel nuts in black. Lastly, we took a moment to notice the B6.4 chassis tape on the bottom of the vehicle for a complete look.
