Mono – RC10 2.125″ Front Wheel
JConcepts supports the vintage RC enthusiast with the release of new 2.125” Mono front wheels. After a nudge from our Australian friends who put on the Vintage Bash, JConcepts designers felt the need to add a wheel to the line-up. As with the originals, the front wheel measures 2.125” at the bead mount area and support tires used during the late 80’s in the 1:10th off-road buggy class. Many different combinations made up this era, but 2.0 and 2.125” bead mount tires fit these new wheels. The JConcepts wheels are inspired by the originals, feature the iconic dish shape but the JConcepts versions utilize the non-flanged more durable 3/16 x 3/8” bearing.
The wheels include a vent hole on the outer diameter, and an added outer “catch” to reduce the ability for glue to run down the face of the wheel during application and curing. JConcepts wheels are molded in a durable material with precise techniques to ensure dependability and performance. Mono wheels are available in bright white, fluorescent racing yellow, stealth black, and retro pink. The wheel sets are packaged 2 pieces per package and backed with JConcepts racing heritage and customer support.
For a complete finish, JConcepts will offer 2.125” and 2.0” tires in 2026 to further support a segment of racing dedicated to late 1980’s version vehicles. These classes currently are offered in Australia at the Vintage Bash.

The JConcepts wheels are inspired by the originals, feature the iconic dish shape but include adaptors to accommodate either 1/4″ or 3/16” rear axle configurations.

In the center of the wheel, 4 screw location areas are created to secure the JConcepts adaptors to accommodate 1/4″ or 3/16” rear axle types. The Mono 2.0” wheels are for show and go, racers who want a new look, high-end performance and a variety of color combinations will reach for the new wheels in 2026 and beyond. JConcepts offer titanium screws that work perfectly with these wheels, available separately, and in two different colors, burnt blue (#5037-1), and stealth black (#5037-2). Drivers will need to add their own M3 x 6mm screws in either JConcepts titanium, steel, stainless, or aluminum to complete their own final configuration to attach adaptors to the wheels.
