Event: Electric Challenge Race at Raceworld Hobbies
Kai Goff gets off to a good start in 2011 with JConcepts.
Over New Year’s weekend, JConcepts Team Driver Kai Goff attended the grand opening Electric Challenge Race at Raceworld Hobbies. The track Layout at Raceworld Hobbies was awesome, and some of the fastest electric drivers in the Northern region showed up. Goff quickly showed that he was one of the fastest drivers on the track with his B4.1. Goff rolled out on JConcepts gold Bar Codes on the front and rear of his buggy, along with a new JConcepts Punisher B4.1 body. Qualifying was rough on Goff, and with a few mistakes he would find himself starting sixth on the grid. A pile up in the first turn, would push Goff to the back of the pack. Knowing it was a long eight-minute race Goff started making his way to the front. With 1 min left in the main Kai found himself in 2nd behind Jason Jakubczyk. Kai was clicking off the fastest laps on the track, and his pressure on Jakubczyk would prove to be too much. With just 30 seconds left Goff would find himself out front and pulling away to a victory.
