Event: March Mayhem 2012

Date: March 2-4, 2012
JConcepts Team Driver Nick Gibson attended the 2012 March Mayhem Trophy Race. The three day event had practice on Friday, three rounds of qualifying on Saturday and one round on Sunday with the mains also on Sunday. After all the qualifying took place Nick was able to TQ Mod Short Course and Mod 4wd Buggy. Nick qualified 2nd in Mod 2wd buggy.
On Sunday Nick had three 7 minute A-Mains which were the last three races of the night, back to back to back. First up was Mod 2wd Buggy, Nick starting 2nd on the grid was able to take his first win of the night finishing a lap ahead of the field. Next up was the Mod Short Course A-Main, Nick was able to take the win as well, also a lap ahead of the field. The last Main of the night was 4wd buggy, Nick ended up second behind Mitchell Gardner which also had a good weekend himself. Nick told us his Associated cars were hooked up but couldn’t have done it without the great JConcepts products.
