Adam Drake Doubles Up At Northwest Arena Championship

The 2021 Northwest Arena Championship is in the books! The event was a huge success with over 400 entries. Adam Drake arrived Thursday after noon and did a driver’s clinic Thursday evening and Friday morning before controlled practice started. There were three rounds of controlled / seeding practice on Friday.

Saturday had three rounds of qualifying where your two best finishes counted. Main events were run on Sunday. Drake TQ’ed and won the 30 minute nitro truck final. Cole Ogden was the top qualifier in nitro buggy. In the 30 minute buggy final, Ogden and Drake had a great battle and it was Adam Drake who claimed the victory followed by Ogden and Tayler Wonders in third position.
