The Wicked Weekend – Tire Guide and Pro A Main Videos

JConcepts made the trip back up to North Georgia for Racetime Entertainments The Wicked Weekend race event. Dave Leikam and the entire Racetime crew along with Bobby Moore and his crew from RC Trackmasters put on another amazing event. A huge flowing but technical track was amazing to watch all weekend long. The ever changing weather, a bit of sand mixed in with the red Georgia clay made for very little tire wear and lots of challenges all weekend long.

Jared Tebo would end up taking the overall TQ in the Pro eBuggy class. After a first lap bobble in A1 which allowed the number 2 qualifier and JConcepts team driver, Tyler Jones take an early lead. After the first 10 minute A main was over, it would be a JConcepts 123 finish with Tyler Jones taking the win, Seth VanDalen finishing 2nd and Jackson Brunson finishing 3rd overall in A1.

For A2, Tebo would start things off from P1 and with another first lap bobble allowing Tyler Jones to the front but Tyler had a lap 2 bobble and put him back several spots. This would allow Ryan Lutz to move up and take over the lead and hold on to the top spot for the rest of the race.

After the points were tabulated, Tyler Jones would end up in the top spot overall with fellow JConcepts team mates Seth VanDalen finishing 3rd overall and Jackson Brunson taking the 5th spot on the podium. Ryan Lutz would finish 2nd and Jared Tebo taking the 4th spot overall.

Overall it was many long days, warm moist weather and lots of dust but the team did really well and it surely was one Wicked Weekend. We look forward to the next Racetime event, The Southern Nationals, September 17-19 and then AMS November 11-14. To learn more about Racetime Entertainment events, visit their website HERE.
