2022 FRCC Round 4 Race Report + Tire Guide

The Florida RC Championship Series headed to Dean’s All Out RC this past weekend for round 4 of the series. The JConcepts Florida team came to play having dominant performances in a majority of the classes rain or shine. Special thank you to Lance and the FRCC crew, Dean and the All Out Crew, and all the awesome racers for all the effort put into making it a solid weekend even with all the rain and delays.

Over the course of the weekend, drivers were preferring Green Reflex when the track was smooth and either Green Stalkers or Kosmos when the track gained character.

The team would start off hot with TQ runs in the following classes after just a single round of qualifying:

Pro Ebuggy: Tyler Hooks
Open Nitro Truggy: Mike Walker
Open ETruggy: Carlos Gonzalez
40+ Nitro Buggy: Kawri Brown
40+ Ebuggy: Carl Lebo

The main events would be postponed until Sunday due to scattered showers all Saturday afternoon. We even received a light rain just before the Pro Buggy rain on Sunday. The JC team persevered and took multiple wins on the unexpected main day.
