Recently, Team Associated with the B6.4 and B74.2 has made the switch to new 3.5mm turnbuckles with corresponding new ball cups. JConcepts has answered with the all new 3.5mm Fin Titanium Turnbuckle options for the vehicles.

Why does the extra .5mm matter?
Not only will this strengthen the turnbuckle itself but it also provides more material against the ball cup to help resist against heavy impacts that in the past may have caused the turnbuckle to shift on the ball cup.
This wasn’t the only update made with the 3.5mm Fin options for AE buggies. Team Associated blue is an iconic and historic color that enthusiasts can easily spot and is one of the biggest differentiators from other brands at a quick glance. The JConcepts crew decided to put our own twist on the color with the new Burnt Blue color option. The team has also offered the turnbuckles in the ultra-clean Black option as well.
The 3.5mm turnbuckles are intended for use with the Team Associated #92308 ball cups, and will work with older models such as the B6.1 | B6.2 | B6.3 | B74.1 if used with the #92308 ball cups.
