2026 Mugen Challenge JConcepts Team Report

This past weekend the east coast JConcepts team made the trip to the always popular LCRC Raceway in Pennsylvania for the annual Mugen Challenge. This year just under 475 entries showed up to battle it out in the 11 classes.

The event included practice on Thursday and Friday followed by 2 qualifiers on Saturday and main events following on Sunday. The qualifying format would be Qual-Points with the best 1/2 rounds counting.

The JConcepts team would have great speed in qualifying and continue that through the main events.

Expert Buggy: 2nd Ben Decker, 3rd Maddy Long, 4th Adam Drake, 5th Ethan Mackanick
Expert Ebuggy: 1st Greg Harmer, 2nd Aydan Manchanda, 4th Maddy Long, 5th Adam Drake
Nitro Truggy: 1st Ethan Mackanick, 2nd Adam Drake, 4th Greg Harmer, 5th Maddy Long
Expert Etruggy: 1st Aydan Manchanda, 2nd Travis Horn, 3rd Garrett McCutchan
40+ Buggy: 1st Paul Ciccarello, 4th Matt Williard
40+ Ebuggy: 1st Paul Ciccarello, 3rd Chuck Berg

Sunday would be a full day of main events and once again the JConcepts team would not take a foot off the gas taking 5 expert or 40+ class wins as well as a lot of the podium spots.
