The JConcepts team split up last weekend with some of the crew heading out to Tulsa and others heading to Alabama for the first Racetime Entertainment event of the year, The Southern Indoor Championships. All the off-road heavy hitters showed up with their new equipment for 2024.
The Racetime crew provided a fantastic layout with a little slower speeds and more flowing sections than we had seen at the last few events. Friday would be a full day of practice with the JConcepts crew coming to grips with the new Falcon and Dirt Bite tread patterns as well as the always popular Reflex and Relapse.
Saturday qualifying would see JConcepts drivers all across the top of the leaderboards, check out where the drivers ended up.

Sunday the track was going to be another competitor with both grippy and slick spots as well as large holes and bumps to contend with. The racers were ready for anything and finished up in the following positions.
Pro Buggy would see Brandon Rose jump out to the lead right near the first pit stop and never look back. Brandon would lap everyone except for 2nd and take the win on the new JConcepts Falcon tread pattern! Dakotah Phend and Ryan Maifield would battle with Brandon early and Dakotah would charge for as long as he could but would settle for 2nd. Ryan would relax for most of the race in 3rd before a hard charging Mason Fuller would wrestle the final podium spot away with less than 2 laps to go. Maifield would finish up 4th with Tyler Jones finishing up 5th.

Pro Truggy saw a classic edition of the Ryan and Dakotah show this time with a cameo from Camden Lime. The three would battle it out for the entire race with Dakotah Phend finally taking the top spot in the last few laps. Camden would finish up 2nd with Maifield taking 3rd. Phi-Long Nguyen would grab 4th with Spencer Heckert finishing up in 5th.

Pro Ebuggy was a 1/10th scale style all out level battle between some of the best in off-road racing. Dakotah Phend would strike first winning A1 with Mason Fuller doing Mason Fuller things somehow going from 14th on the grid to 2nd with Ryan Maifield rebounding for 3rd. Brandon Rose would finish up 4th in A1 with Ryan Lutz 5th. With only one main event counting towards the overall, racers could throw caution to the wind for A2 to try to grab the overall win still. Maifield would put on an angry drive and hammer out the A2 win to steal the overall from Phend. Dakotah would grab 2nd in A2. 3rd in A2 would be Phi-Long Nguyen with Tyler Jones 4th and Joe Bornhorst 5th. Pace of the lowest point would be the tie breaker so the top 5 would end up as follows.
